Overview¶
SanjANALYZER-PLUS™ (product number SA-100) is a standalone software option for the Microsanj NanoTherm series of thermoreflectance thermal analyzers. It is a user-friendly software upgrade that enables post-processing of data files generated by the embedded SanjVIEW™ acquisition software. SanjANALYZER-PLUS adds features for enhanced data resolution and accuracy, more flexible report generation, and easier file transfers.
SanjANALYZER-PLUS is applicable to the following Microsanj systems, each of which requires the corresponding embedded SanjVIEW software at version 4.1 or higher:

SanjANALYZER-PLUS is licensed as an add-on for standalone post-processing of SanjVIEW data files — you do not need to keep the acquisition system connected to review, calibrate, or report on previously captured thermal images.
With the base SanjANALYZER package, you can:
- View previously acquired thermal images
- Correct thermoreflectance coefficients
- Find area mean temperature values
- Create and save cross-section plots
- Output images in various image formats
- Create AVI movies from image series
