SanjANALYZER-PLUS adds the following capabilities on top of the base SanjANALYZER package:

  • Hyperspectral / multi-spectral thermoreflectance analysis — for devices with several different materials in the region of interest

SanjVIEW™ v4.1 or higher provides the acquisition-side interface that supports SanjANALYZER-PLUS. Version 4.1 of SanjVIEW also adds:

  • Thermal images output in graphical format
  • Point-by-point calibration
  • Transient series down to 50 nanoseconds
  • Voltage sweep analysis
  • Analysis of up to 5 regions of interest (ROIs)
  • Cross-section analysis with graphical data output
  • LabVIEW™ 2019 support
  • Digital Anti-Vibration (DAV)
  • In-situ 3D Nano-Align (with AF-200)
